Role Overview:

Our client is seeking a driven and empathetic sales professional to connect with women seeking personalized solutions to their health and hormonal challenges. This role focuses on engaging with women over 40 who are ready to embark on a transformative wellness journey.

Job Description:

  • Conduct 3-6 inbound calls daily, scheduled directly on your calendar, with women ready to take control of their health.
  • Close a minimum of 13 leads per month for the $6,800 coaching package.
  • Follow up daily with leads who didn’t initially close, re-engaging them for future opportunities.
  • Maintain availability for 25 consultation slots per week, each 60 minutes long.
  • Respond to emails, texts, and keep an organized, up-to-date CRM.
  • Use a provided tracker to monitor and update lead status daily.
  • Attend daily morning team meetings to align on goals, strategies, and progress.

 

Requirements/Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven track record in closing online high-ticket offers and/or one-call-close sales experience.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and empathy, with the ability to deeply connect with women navigating hormonal changes and health challenges.
  • Experience in health and wellness is a plus, especially if you’ve supported women in achieving their personal health goals.
  • A passion for helping women reclaim their vitality, with a desire to make a meaningful difference in their lives.
  • Self-sufficient, disciplined, and coachable, with a proactive approach to learning and personal growth.
  • A collaborative team player with a relentless drive to close sales and empower women to transform their lives.

Compensation:

  • On-target earnings (OTE) of $120k/year minimum, with the potential to earn $180k/year+ (uncapped commissions).
  • This role is commission-only, offering a highly lucrative opportunity for top performers.
