About Our Client
Our client is a premier Mastermind group with over 250 real estate agents across the USA and Canada. They specialize in helping residential real estate agents and brokers in North America attract clients and sell more homes using cutting-edge online ads and Inside Sales Agents.
About the Role
As a Closer, you will engage with primarily warm, inbound leads through a one-call close process conducted over Zoom. This role is ROI-driven and demands a strong business and leadership approach. Having a packed calendar full of qualified appointments will not be a concern, as it’s their specialty. They simply need help in managing and closing these appointments.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain an active sales pipeline
- Conduct a minimum of 80-100 live meetings per month (approximately 5-8/day or 25/week) through organic and outbound marketing strategies
Job Requirements:
- Proven knowledge and experience in real estate, digital marketing, and/or coaching programs
- Demonstrated closing experience within the High Ticket Space (Online Education Space)
- Must be proactive, driven, coachable, and possess a dominant energy
Compensation
- On Target Earnings of at least $144,000 with potential to make $216,000, including bonuses.
