Responsibilities
They are hiring a high-performance Remote Setter to join their growing team. This is an established role with consistent daily lead flow and the expectation of speed, hunger, and execution. Setters will be expected to hit the phones hard (targeting 5 successful dials per hour), respond to new leads within 5 minutes, and take part in structured daily Zoom sessions to review performance and refine their process.

$2k/month base + 2% commission
