This is a unique Client Success Manager (CSM) role, ideal for someone with a background in project management and an empathetic, emotionally intelligent approach to working with clients in distress. As a CSM, you’ll act as a strategic partner and accountability coach for women moving through their divorce process. You’ll guide them through the Lemonade Life system, help them stay on track with their legal and financial steps, and ensure a supportive experience from start to finish.

This is not a hard sales role — it’s a consultative, relationship-driven position, focused on helping clients implement and get results from the program. The company is small but growing, with a close-knit, mission-driven team. You’ll be one of three CSMs, working directly with the founder and coach to ensure exceptional outcomes for each client.
