This is a hybrid Setter/Closer role—ideal for someone who loves both the chase and the close. You’ll be expected to book and run your own appointments while also closing deals in the home. You’ll be joining a seasoned, high-retention 6-person sales team where the average deal size is $25K and leads come from a mix of inbound interest and proactive outreach. This is a hands-on role that requires comfort with in-person inspections and site visits (yes, that means ladders and roofs!).
