This is an established Closer role (internally titled “Soul Guide”) on a high-performing team where connection, clarity, and presence are just as critical as sales performance. You’ll be speaking to qualified inbound leads—people in pain or transition—and helping them step into transformational retreats priced between $4K to $15K. These are not transactional sales; they are soulful consultations that require emotional intelligence, spiritual depth, and the ability to hold firm, clean boundaries. A successful Soul Guide balances deep empathy with strategic enrollment, designs retreat journeys from discovery, and uses our proven framework to guide clients through a high-ticket decision with clarity and integrity.
