Recruiting Account Manager

About the Role

The Recruiting Account Manager’s main objective is to work with our clients and help place top tier sales reps on their sales teams. We’re looking for a dynamic team-player to work closely with potential talent, the rest of the team, and several internal operational groups to accelerate overall growth.

Responsibilities

  • Identify potential talent that would be a good fit
  • Building and managing client relationships
  • Matchmaking top tier sales reps with our clients as candidates for their sales teams
  • Sourcing Candidates: You must find potential sales candidates through leveraging our backend CRM.
  • Keep our backend CRM of sales candidates well-organized and updated
  • Communicate with the rest of the team efficiently and effectively
  • Attend team meetings and trainings to keep current with technology
  • Taking full ownership of the hiring process and keeping track of all candidates

  • Have less than 6 months of experience in the online consulting industry
  • Want a position for flexibility and travel freedom only 
  • Aren’t willing to work 50-60 hrs/week if needed
  • Have no interest in continuing to train and improve your skills
  • Can’t take criticism or feedback 

Pay

$72,000 -$85,000 per year
