Sales Manager

About the Role

Closers.io is hiring a Sales Manager to lead and scale an already performing team. The ideal candidate is someone who understands the B2B Business Coaching & Consulting ecosystem and has experience in managing and optimizing remote high ticket sales teams. 

You’ll work closely with leadership to refine systems, hold team members accountable to KPIs, manage pipeline efficiency, and train on closing strategy and high-performance habits.

This is a well-oiled, high-ticket offer with serious lead flow and a proven product-market fit.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure reps are hitting their targets and KPIs

  • Analyze sales data and team performance metrics

  • Conduct daily call reviews and provide feedback

  • Run daily sales meetings and pipeline reviews

  • Train and coach reps on sales skills, objections, closing, etc

  • Recruit, hire, and ramp up new sales reps

  • Optimize sales processes, tools, and workflows

  • Collaborate with marketing, ops, and fulfillment teams

  • Jump into key deals or escalations as needed

Qualifications

  • Has direct experience in the business coaching and consulting industry

  • Has a strong background in remote sales team management

  • Can train, motivate, and optimize closers and setters to perform at elite levels

  • Are excited about working with a founder-led team that owns multiple 8-9 figure brands

  • Has a deep understanding of business coaching and business owner/CEO customer acquisition

  • Thrive in high-performance, fast-moving environments with serious upside

  • Dress professionally, show up sharp on Zoom, and bring energy to the team
