Job Description:
This is a hybrid Setter/Closer position that plays a critical role in the franchise placement process. You will engage with potential franchise candidates, qualify them, and introduce them to appropriate franchise brands. This role requires you to manage the entire sales pipeline, from initial contact to final placement, ensuring that each candidate is a good fit for the franchise. The ideal candidate will be results-driven and have a high level of integrity, consistently striving for excellence in their work.
Compensation:
- On-Track Earnings (OTE): $72,000 annually with the potential to reach $180,000+. This includes a $24,000 base
