Our client is the only Australian law firm specializing in helping nurses gain registration and permanent residency before even setting foot in Australia. With a unique combination of legal expertise and a tailored service for healthcare professionals, our client is preparing to expand its impact with the launch of a nurse registration course and a recruitment arm to assist with employer-sponsored migration. With a lead pool of over 2,700 nurses and a mission to address the 30,000+ nurse shortage in Australia, this is a one-of-a-kind opportunity to join a growing business transforming lives.

The Role:

This is a Sales Executive/Closer role, perfect for high-performing sales professionals passionate about helping others while delivering exceptional results. You will engage with warm leads, consult prospects on their nurse migration pathway, and close deals.

Job Description:

  • Conducting 4-6 consultative sales calls per day with qualified prospects.
  • Closing deals for Nurse Registration and Independent Migration programs.
  • Converting warm leads from a pool of 2,700 nurses eager to migrate to Australia.
  • Meeting or exceeding monthly KPIs for closed deals and revenue.
  • Working closely with the team to provide a world-class client experience.

Compensation:

  • On-Track Earnings (OTE): $120,000+ AUD (this includes a $24k yearly base salary)

Ideal Candidate:

  • Can work efficiently in a UK timezone.
  • Has experience in consultative, high-ticket sales.
  • Preferably has medical or nursing knowledge or background or knowledge around relocation to Australia
  • Is driven, empathetic, and able to build genuine connections with prospects.
  • Is self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Is passionate about making an impact by helping nurses achieve life-changing career opportunities.
