We’ve scaled from zero to $30M per year in less than three years. And we’re aiming to hit $100M in the next 2-3 years.
To give you an idea of what that looks like: our recruiting department conducts 600-800+ interviews and places 80-120+ sales reps every single month. As you can imagine, it takes a well-oiled machine to maintain such a high level quality for our clients at that kind of scale.

As the Recruiting Assistant, you’ll be responsible for working super closely with our recruiting team to assist them with administrative tasks and to make sure that they are able to focus on serving our with the exceptional level of service we’re known for within the industry.
This position comes with a ton of autonomy, and we’re looking for someone who’s hungry, coachable, detail-oriented and reliable. The right person for this position has customer service experience or comes from an assistant background. Recruiting experience is a bonus, but not necessary.
