The Role:

This is a Sales Executive/Closer role, perfect for high-performing sales professionals passionate about helping others while delivering exceptional results.

Job Description:

  • $60,000 in NEW business revenue monthly (minimum) by closing 20 deals @ $4,000 price point.
  • Be open to setting your own appointments if necessary
  • Take Approx 100 calls per month, and be expected to close at a minimum of 20%.
  • You must be available to attend a morning meeting at 10am or 12pm MDT Mon – Friday, and be available on slack between 9am-6pm MDT daily.

Compensation:

$120,000 min KPI with the potential to earn $180,000 this includes a $2k draw payable for the first month.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in high ticket or online coaching sales
  • Strong empathy, rapport-building, and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with Cole Gordon’s 7FSA or STA training (preferred)
  • High energy, self-starter with leadership abilities and a positive outlook
  • Excellent self-management and passion for new ideas
  • Willing to jump in and fill your own calendar where necessary
