We’ve scaled from zero to $30M per year in less than three years. And we’re aiming to hit $100M in the next 2-3 years.
To give you an idea of what that looks like: our recruiting department conducts 600-800+ interviews and places 80-120+ sales reps every single month. As you can imagine, it takes a well-oiled machine to maintain such a high level quality for our clients at that kind of scale.
And because our mission is to produce world-class salespeople and sales teams…

As the Sales Recruiting Coordinator, you’ll not only be responsible for finding and placing top-tier talent on our clients’ sales teams, but also for managing those relationships with the same exceptional level of service we’re known for within the industry.
This position comes with a ton of autonomy and opportunity for advancement, and we’re looking for someone who’s hungry, coachable, and detail-oriented. The right person for this position has account management experience and you’ll be well compensated for it. Recruiting experience is a bonus, but not necessary.
