We are actively recruiting for Videographers in the Miami, FL area that are interested in joining our Creative Content / Social Media Marketing team with our Equity Partner.

Position Summary

What We Do

Closers.io works with online businesses, online coaches and online consultants on a consulting basis to help them grow month over month. We help them create a foundation for their growth, by helping them with their leadership, their marketing and their sales. 


On top of that we work closely with them and their sales teams to ensure that reps are consistently performing and hitting KPI week in week out. 

About The Role

The ideal candidate will help edit short form content for Reels, Tiktok, film Short form Content (scripts/concept provided to talent), film long form content (YouTube videos), shooting on site about 3 times per week (could be more), planning/brainstorming content ideas, film / edit Podcast (when we get it up and running), and film Client testimonials

Responsibilities:

– Helping edit short form content for Reels, Tiktok
– Film Short form Content (scripts/concept provided to talent)
– Film long form content (YouTube videos)
– Shooting on site about 3 times per week (could be more)
– Planning/brainstorming content ideas
– Film / edit Podcast (when we get it up and running)

Compensation

 Ranging from $80-84k/year *dependent on experience

Location

Hybrid (3 days/ week in Miami, FL creative studio) * MUST BE LOCATED IN Miami, FL

This Is For You If

– You have 1+ year videographer and video editing experience
– Have high level experience using Adobe Premiere (ideally also has After Effects knowledge)
– Have experience shooting long form content for platforms such as YouTube
– Have experience shooting short form content for Tiktok/Instagram
– And extra points if you understand the meta/culture of each platform
– Have knowledge on basic video practices (camera functions, Audio, Lighting, Compositing etc.)
– Have a portfolio of work of either personal brand or work they’ve done in the past

  1. Certifying & placing sales reps

 In Sales Team Accelerator we help clients find, hire, train and manage both appointment setters and closers so they can build internal sales teams that can scale to and beyond 8-figures. 

So opposed to clients having to pay ludicrous commissions to outsourced agencies… our clients have everything built in their business so THEY control it. This makes building out the sales team drastically cheaper, too… 

We are also the ONLY sales recruiter & trainer in the space who’s actually built a sales team at scale. At this writing, we are over multiple 8-figures in ARR from just our sales teams, specifically.
