We’ve scaled from zero to $30M per year in less than three years. And we’re aiming to hit $100M in the next 2-3 years.
To give you an idea of what that looks like: our recruiting department conducts 600-800+ interviews and places 80-120+ sales reps every single month. As you can imagine, it takes a well-oiled machine to maintain such a high level quality for our clients at that kind of scale.

As the Recruiting Account Manager Team Lead, you’ll not only be responsible for handling client accounts with the same exceptional level of service we’re known for, but also for leading and managing the rockstars in our recruiting department.
This position comes with a ton of autonomy, and we’re looking for you to grow into a key leadership role within the company. The right person for this position has extensive recruiting and leadership experience, and you’ll be well compensated for it. This includes salary raises, bonuses, and potentially even phantom equity. Because once we’ve found the right person, we want to get them on the bus ASAP and make sure they are happy here for a very long time. Ultimately, the only ceiling on your compensation package will be how much value you can add to the company.
