We’ve scaled from zero to $30M per year in less than three years. And we’re aiming to hit $100M in the next 2-3 years.

To give you an idea of what that looks like: our recruiting department conducts 600-800+ interviews and places 80-120+ sales reps every single month. As you can imagine, it takes a well-oiled machine to maintain such a high level quality for our clients at that kind of scale.

And because our mission is to produce world-class salespeople and sales teams…

As the Recruiting Account Manager Team Lead, you’ll not only be responsible for handling client accounts with the same exceptional level of service we’re known for, but also for leading and managing the rockstars in our recruiting department.

This position comes with a ton of autonomy, and we’re looking for you to grow into a key leadership role within the company. The right person for this position has extensive recruiting and leadership experience, and you’ll be well compensated for it. This includes salary raises, bonuses, and potentially even phantom equity. Because once we’ve found the right person, we want to get them on the bus ASAP and make sure they are happy here for a very long time. Ultimately, the only ceiling on your compensation package will be how much value you can add to the company.

Job Description

As the Talent Acquisition Team Lead, you will lead our recruitment efforts to ensure we find the perfect sales talent to pair with our client offers. Your responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy for high ticket sales roles, aligning with the company’s growth objectives and sales targets.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of recruiters and coordinators, providing guidance, mentoring, and coaching to maximize their performance and foster a collaborative and high-energy work environment.
  • Sourcing: Implement innovative sourcing techniques to identify and attract high-caliber sales candidates, leveraging various channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and industry-specific networks.
  • Candidate Evaluation: Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews, skills tests, and reference checks, to ensure candidates possess the necessary skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding, and act as a brand ambassador for the organization.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize data and metrics to track the effectiveness of recruitment efforts, make data-driven decisions, and continuously improve the recruitment process.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand their specific staffing needs and build strong working relationships to align recruitment efforts with business goals.

Compliance: Stay up-to-date with employment laws and regulations to ensure all recruitment practices are compliant and ethical


    • Strong leadership and team management skills. At least 2+ years of experience leading a team of 5+ with KPI’s and success metrics. 
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. With 2+ years of direct sales experience. 
    • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software (including LinkedIn Recruiter, Zip Recruiter, etc…). 
    • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics.
    • Adept at sourcing and screening candidates using a variety of methods with 2+ years of recruiting experience. 
    • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    • Passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

About Closers.io

Closers.io has two primary arms to the business: 

  1. Certifying & placing sales reps 
  2. Helping founders remove themselves from the sales process and build out sales teams.


Our certifying & placing arm is called “Remote Closing Academy”. 

This is a program where individuals looking for a career change can come in, learn about different sales industries, get trained, and then eventually get placed into a multiple 6-figure sales role. 

At this point we’ve helped 1000s of new reps get placed and trained – and we’re still growing rapidly! Our sales team consulting arm is called “Sales Team Accelerator”. It is the most predominant sales team consulting service in the online “high-ticket industry” with a client roster that includes Tony Robbins, Dean Graziosi, Frank Kern, Agora Financial, among 450+ others. 

 In Sales Team Accelerator we help clients find, hire, train and manage both appointment setters and closers so they can build internal sales teams that can scale to and beyond 8-figures. 

So opposed to clients having to pay ludicrous commissions to outsourced agencies… our clients have everything built in their business so THEY control it. This makes building out the sales team drastically cheaper, too… 

We are also the ONLY sales recruiter & trainer in the space who’s actually built a sales team at scale. At this writing, we are over multiple 8-figures in ARR from just our sales teams, specifically.
