Marketing Coordinator

The purpose of this role is to ensure the success of our marketing efforts on all the channels that we are present on as well as a consistent brand voice across all marketing activities to specific audiences.

Operations:

Sales Recruiting Coordinator

The Sales Recruiting Coordinator will work diligently to interview potential candidates that would potentially be a good fit for our internal team. We’re looking for a dynamic team-player to work closely with potential talent, the rest of the team, and several internal operational groups to accelerate overall growth.

Recruiting Assistant

The Recruiting Assistant’s main objective is to work with our recruiting team and assist them with administrative tasks. We’re looking for a dynamic team-player to work closely with potential talent, the rest of the team, and several internal operational groups to accelerate overall growth.

Recruiting Account Manager

The Recruiting Account Manager’s main objective is to work with our clients and help place top tier sales reps on their sales teams. We’re looking for a dynamic team-player to work closely with potential talent, the rest of the team, and several internal operational groups to accelerate overall growth.

Operations Coordinator

The Operations Coordinator will work diligently to ensure that administrative tasks are completed and that the business functions efficiently. Sales:

Sales - Setter/ & or Closer

You will be responsible for prospecting, enrolling, and nurturing new clients into the training program. As well as assisting with defaulted payments, handling refund requests and assisting client success teams as needed.

STA Closer

You will be responsible for enrolling and nurturing new clients into our B2B training program. As well as assisting with defaulted payments, handling refund requests and assisting account managers as needed.

Business Development Representative

You will be responsible for growing our outbound sales program by driving business through cold outbound. You’re an expert at prospecting, cold calling, cold emailing and you love to iterate to find systems that works.  

Coaching:

Client Success Manager

You will be coaching brand new sales reps, and to further develop experienced sales reps, in order to place them on an established team, all while maintaining the highest standards of service and support to our Remote Closing Academy students.

Account Manager

The purpose of this role is to manage and support client accounts to ensure long-term client retention and success
